JJW acquires the Eton Collection comprising 5 boutique hotels in the UK.
JJW wins bid for development and operation contract of The Palais Schwarzenberg Hotel.

Laying of the foundation stone of ‘The Ring’ 5-star hotel. Refurbishment of the hotel is due for completion in Autumn 2007.

Acquisition of the Pierre Hotel, close to the Arc de Triomphe. This hotel will be known as Amarante Arc de Triomphe.

Acquired 2 neighbouring hotels, Beau Manoir and Lido Hotel in La Madeleine, Paris, under the 4 star, Amarante brand.
Acquisition of Grand Hotel Wien, a 5 star hotel with 205 rooms.

Acquired significant equity interests in KHI which owns 13 hotels in the Middle East and direct investment in the Nile Plaza - Cairo, Four Seasons Hotel & Resort - Sharm El Sheikh and San Stefano - Alexandria.
Acquired the Sainte Maxime Golf Plaza Hotel, re-branded as Amarante Golf Plaza.
Acquired Forest Hill Median Hotel, Balard and Ferney Voltaire Stars Hotel.
Acquired The Berners Hotel a deluxe, 4 star hotel in central London, UK.

Acquired the 4 star Champs Elysées Hotel (Paris), 3 star Median Hotels in Champlain (Paris), Park Hotel Lyon, Comfort Hotel Median and the Stars Hotel in Arcueil, further expanding the JJW brands in France.
Third Phase of The Village is complete.
Golf Academy opens at Pinheiros Altos offering full service training, sales and game improvement.
The new headquaters of Pinheiros Altos are completed.
New 18 holes at Pinheiros Altos commences construction.
Acquisition of Formosa Park Hotel, 4 star hotel in Algarve, Portugal.
Complete remodel and expansion of club house and restaurant facilities at Pinheiros Altos.

Acquisition of hotel in Evian, further expanding the Median Hotels brand.
First phase of The Village, Pinheiros Altos is complete.
Construction of Plot 92, the third phase of The Village, commences. All the villas are sold off paper prior to construction commencing.

Acquisition of hotels in Tours and Chatillon and incorporation into the Median Hotels brand - France.
Acquisition of vacant land adjacent to the Pinheiros Altos development to create an additional 18 holes of golf and exclusive villa sites.
Construction of Plot 94, the second phase of The Village, commences.

Design and planning process commences for the construction of a 5 star hotel and health spa on Plot 95 at Pinheiros Altos.
Construction of Plot 93, the first phase of The Village, Pinheiros Altos, commences.

Planning process began for development of The Village at Pinheiros Altos, a development of freehold villas and townhouses to be constructed to luxury standards.

Opening of Median hotels in Goussainville and Ferney Voltaire, France. These hotels were constructed by JJW and established the company in the 3 star French market.
Acquisition of the balance of Pinheiros Altos. JJW now owns the Jewel of the Algarve with plans for further development.
The Stars Hotels brand further expanded by the acquisition of 10 hotels across France.
Opening of the Amarante Vienna Hotel, Austria.
Further acquisition of Stars brand, France.

Grand opening of Amarante Cannes, which was constructed by JJW, establishes the company in the 4 star French market.
Opened hotel and beach village in Seferihisar Turkey - 4 star hotel branded as Amarante, establishing presence in the Turkish market.
Further villa plots available and marketed. All sold within 24 months.
Acquisition of Plot 95 in Pinheiros Altos, the luxury residential golf and leisure development in Portugal, and the opening of JJ Portugal, a subsidiary of JJW.
Acquisition of the balance of Pinheiros Altos. JJW now owns the Jewel of the Algarve, with further plans for development.

JJ France, with its operations office located in La Madeleine, Paris, is opened.
Three sites acquired across France.
Engineering and design commences for the construction of three hotels on these sites: Amarante Cannes and two Median hotels in Goussainville and Ferney Voltaire.
Marketing commences on a limited number of individual villa plots, for sale and construction of custom designed properties within the Pinheiros Altos grounds.

Chairman M.B.I Al Jaber founds JJ Worldwide. His vision: to own and operate hotels and resort properties worldwide, providing a broad level of services from economy to 5 star luxury level.
Corporate head office established in London. Management team appointed to conduct market analysis, develop growth strategy and identify potential acquisitions.
