Meet the Chef

Shortly after completing his apprenticeship, Gagnaire opened his first restaurant in St Etienne, and it was here that he earned his first set of three Michelin stars. From there he has overseen the development of a range of restaurants around the world, including: Sketch in London, Twist at the Manderin Oriental in Las Vegas, Reflets in Dubai, Pierre Gagnaire - Tokyo in Tokyo, Les Menus in Moscow, Pierre in Hong Kong…


And, of course, his flagship three Michelin star offering at Hotel Balzac.
