Meet The Chef

Bernard Lussiana began his culinary career in a range of Michelin star Restaurants throughout his native France, before working in Switzerland’s L’Hermitage Ravet and a host of luxury hotels across Europe and North Africa. For the past 18 years he has headed up the many kitchens of Penina. He is passionate about simplicity,, freshly caught fish, local ingredients and little-known artisan produce.
